Pre-close trading updates	Full year mid July Half year mid January	Our pre-close trading update for the year ending 30-Jun-11 was released on 15-Jul-11. Our pre-close trading update for the half year ending 31-Dec-11 will be released on 16-Jan-12.
AGM	Late October / early November	Our 2011 AGM was held on 21-Oct-11 at our Cambridge offices. All resolutions were duly passed. The AGM notice and voting results are available for download below.
Dividends	Final dividend record date November, paid late November / early December Interim dividend record date March, paid April	A final dividend of 3.80p per share for the year ending 30-Jun-11 was paid on 25-Nov-11 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 4-Nov-11. An interim dividend of 1.45p per share for the half year ending 31-Dec-10 was paid on 15-Apr-11 to those on the register at close of business on 18-Mar-11.
