Our financial year end is 30 June. Both our full year and half year results are posted here in PDF format for download or viewing.
Our last AGM was held on Thursday 8th November 2007 at the Company's head office; 332 Science Park, Cambridge. All resolutions were passed.
The Directors intend to propose a interim dividend in respect of the current of 1.04p (2007 interim: 0.8p). The record date will be 25 March 2008, and the dividend will be paid on 18 April.
